"Living Water" | At The Well

SCRIPTURE: John 4:1-42 

SHOW NOTES: Jesus had a God-ordained appointment. He departed from Jerusalem, stopped at the town of Sychar, and sat down beside Jacob’s well. Then, a woman of Samaria came out to draw water in the middle of the day. She was surprised when a Jewish man asked her for a drink of water and this conversation, literally, changed her life. Yes, she came to fill her waterpot at the well but she had a much greater thirst in her life. She was truly thirsting for legitimate and authentic relationship.

Jesus was able to discern the real need of this woman’s heart and he offered living water that will satisfy her thirst and will spring up to eternal life. The woman ran back into Sychar and told everyone, “Come, see a man who told me all the things that I have done; this is not the Christ, is it?”
